Jai Smith was dominant in 2017 Travel Season

Jai Smith came onto the national scene two years ago winning the AAU National Championship with the Carolina Phenoms. At that time Smith was 6'3, now he is 6'9 and has helped make the New York Dragons one of the top teams in the nation. 

This season for the Dragons on the circuit, Smith averaged 22 points, 16 rebounds, 5 Blocks, 4 assists and 4 steals per game. Smith plays above the rim with a high motor and unselfish game. The New York Dragons went 80-5 this season including wins at the Atlantic City Challenge, Elevate Hoops 15u Championship, Fab 48 15u Championship, a 14-1 record in the NYBL and Indi Hoops Regional Championship. 

Smith has been invited to camps all over the country including the CP3 Rising Camp, Future150 Camp, UA Next Showcase, Fab/ Frosh Camp, NEO Youth Elite Showcase, John Lucas Showcase and Hoop Group Junior Elite Camp. At each camp he attended, he was dominant making the all star game at each.
